We have decided on this topic “healthy lifestyle”, because today many people have an unhealthy life. People eat a lot of meat, sweets, suffer from obesity, diseases such as cancer, skin problems etc.
1) Do exercise all day → Doing exercises decreases the risk of obesity and it also reduces stress, gives us more energy and even makes us change our mood.
2) Eat well → Eat fruits and vegetables every day are very important for good health, they contain vitamins, minerals and fibers, that are fundamental for our organism.
3) Get enough sleep → You have to sleep the necessary hours to be active during the day.
4) Good hygiene → Having a clean body decreases having dermatological problems.
5) Relate to people → the dialogue with friends and the passage of good moments will result in good intellectual health.
6) Drink water → Water is the essential liquid that our body use to keep its vital functions optimized.
7) Cut down on sugar → Eat less candy and cakes, because produces obesity and sugar in the bloodstream. It’s very bad for the body.
8) Don’t smoke → Smoking harms health, many types of cancer are directly associated with smoking.
9) Protect yourself from disease → In summer put sun cream when you leave home t avoid sunburn and prevent skin cancer. In winter put cream moisturizer to moisturize dry skin by the cold.
10) Don’t drink alcohol → Alcohol consumption changes many brain functions. It affects in the first instance the emotions, the thought and the judgment . Causes diseases of the liver and brain damage.
